1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using List the Look, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use List the Look only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the service.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (looks, pieces, images). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content within the service.

4. Affiliate Links

List the Look provides technical infrastructure that allows users to attach their own affiliate or partner IDs to outbound product links. Where a user has supplied such IDs, we may rewrite outbound links so that clicks are routed through the relevant affiliate network using their credentials.

Any commercial relationship, commission, payment, tax obligation, dispute or liability arising from the use of those affiliate IDs sits exclusively between the user and the affiliate network or retailer concerned. List the Look is not a party to that relationship, does not receive or distribute the user's affiliate earnings, and is not responsible for tracking accuracy, payment, chargebacks, refunds, or any disputes with external retailers or networks.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of affiliate IDs on List the Look complies with the terms of each affiliate network and retailer they participate in.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any third party or automated system to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, mirror, or otherwise extract content, data, images, retailer mappings, product metadata, or other materials from List the Look, whether by manual or automated means;
• reverse engineer, replicate, or attempt to reconstruct any part of the platform, including its retailer matching logic, recommendation systems, or underlying data structures;
• republish, redistribute, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit content from List the Look outside of the features we provide;
• pass off List the Look, its content, brand, or platform — in whole or in part — as your own product or service, or use it in a way that suggests an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership that does not exist;
• use the service to build, train, or augment any competing product, dataset, or machine learning model.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any breach of this clause, including suspending or terminating accounts and pursuing legal remedies.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You and List the Look agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
